We can cater for most dietary requirements for example vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, wheat free, etc. but we cannot guarantee that any of our products are nut free. Please tell us at the time of ordering.

How do I place and confirm my order?
To place your orders please telephone us with your initial enquiry where we will discuss your requirements. Confirming your order details through you sending us a fax follows this. As we are a Kitchen based company, we encourage the faxing of orders to alert us to promptly respond to your request.
When do I have to place my order by?
We have a cut off point of 12 noon the day before your desired delivery date for sandwich or finger food buffets and 12 noon 3 days before for fork buffets. We can not accept electronic ordering after these times, however please contact the office by telephone and we may be able to assist depending on your order.
Why do I have a cut off point the day before?
To allow us to prepare everything fresh for your buffet, we always order our food supplies daily. This means we have a cut off point to allow us to place orders with our suppliers for the following day.
Can I have an exact time for delivery?
Many of our clients ask for the same delivery time and it would not be possible to deliver every buffet at an exact time. A delivery route and schedule is calculated daily and your order will be delivered to you as close to your required time as possible.
Can you supply paper plates, etc., with my buffet?
All finger food is supplied with a napkin, plate and salt / pepper (place setting) free of charge. The fork buffets can be supplied with such a place setting for 25p per person. Should you require only knives and forks these can be supplied at 10p per person.
If something I have ordered is not available, what happens?
If, for any reason, this were to happen we would substitute the most appropriate alternative for you and let you know before we did it.
What if I want to change my mind? Can I amend my order?
Stappit’ Fu’ are happy to amend orders (subject to availability of product) but amendments will only be accepted by telephone until 12 noon the day before delivery for finger food and 12 noon 3 days before delivery for fork food. If it necessary to make amendments after that time Stappit’ Fu’ reserves the right to charge the cost of the abortive work.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We appreciate that, for a variety of reason, cancellations will be necessary from time to time. We cannot, however, accept cancellations electronically. Any cancellations must be made by calling us on 0141 552 0052 by 12 noon the day before the delivery date for finger food or 12 noon 3 days before for fork food. Any cancellation after this time will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
Is VAT charged on your products and services?
All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.
How can I pay for my buffet?
It is intended to offer an online payment facility but in the meantime the following options are available;
For new corporate clients, the first 3 orders delivered, payment can be made by cash or cheque on delivery or credit card on the day. After this time, arrangements can be made to open accounts for corporate clients and issue invoices. Credit terms are payment of up to 14 days after the date of the invoice. If you operate a Purchase Order system we will ensure the relevant order number will be quoted on your invoice.
For private clients a 50% deposit of the total cost is required to confirm your order. Payment of the deposit and the balance can be made by cash,cheque or credit card and full payment must be made on delivery.
When will my platters be collected?
We use high quality presentation platters and return to your location to pickup these platters during weekday deliveries. We do this as part of our recycling policy. You do not incorporate a charge for these in your catering budget but should you regularly fail to keep them for collection, you will incur a charge of £1 per base and £1 per lid.
Will my food be hot on arrival?
All of our food is delivered cold. Any heating of food will done on the premises by Stappit’ Fu’ staff members prior to serving.
